Lots of people say they don’t like the sound of Susato’s low whistles, but I’ve heard them, and I like them, and I’ve planned on getting a low whistle for a LONG time and keep trying out different ones, and since susatos are usually cheaper, and most people don’t like them, I thought I’d ask if anybody has a low susato D they would mind selling?

I have a Susato Low D, but unfortunately for you, I’m not selling it. I really like it, it has a nice sound and a good volume. It’s the only low D I have right now, but I don’t ‘need’ another one, although I’m thinking of buying another one, but first a low C…

Well, at least gives me a good review of the susatos, as I haven’t heard extremely good quality clips or played one.

I have a low D Susato that I do not play, I bought it, tried it, it was not what I wanted sound wise in a low whistle, so I made my own.
I have just recently got my Susato back from a friend who liked the sound, so it has been with her for while, she has just left town for good so I now have the Susato sitting here doing nothing.
So if you are interested, I will part with it for $50 Australian (then add postage), I am not sure what the exchange rate is, but that should be around $45US?

Just checked new prices for two piece Susato low D on http://www.celt.com.au/whistle2.html , Cost $120 so I reckon $50 AUS is not a bad deal!
In Susato webpage it’s marked u$s 89.90. Anyways, $50 AUS (about u$s 45) is a fantastic price. Half of the real price.
I would buy it if it weren’t because I’m already waiting for one in the mail!
