Some days ago I asked you about a high D, sweet, warm, not loud and easy to play.. well I bought a burke narrow bore made of brass, and it sounds great. Now I’m looking for the same but in Low whistle…
less than 250 €.

I’m not sure about his current prices, but if you like the Burke high D, you’d probably like his low ones too. I used to have an EZ play model in composite which I liked a lot (sold it for other instrument acquisitions)
Sooo personal are whisle preferences - worse than
a bunch of women over clothes so it is!!!
To date my pick - suiting my addiction - but seeming to
fit the description of what you are looking for;
The kerry songbird tunable low d.
Tony Higgins has been kind enough to put a very
recent recording of one on Clips and Snips. The sound
is like a good dark chocolate - rich, very smooth and
sweet without being sugary.
It takes a bit more wind than some Low Ds and you
have to warm-up the fipple up before playing or its gets
stuck with condensation quickly. Otherwise, a really
nice and good looking whistle and reasonably priced.
Got a really nice cork lined tuning joint too.
But as I said it is all VERY personal this whisle choosing
business.
Here is an excellent review I would agree with 95%. I
would recommend the tunable version.

You have described my Bleazey to a “T”, but it is 280 PB’s. While others are mentioning Burkes, the composites are also a very good choice for the sound you like.
