there are 5 holes, three of the holes are on touches that close two holes, two are on single holes
I’ve got a Low Whistle beginner’s question.
Is that so? I suspect it is … it’s only that when I play my Howard Low E every now and then I am more lucky with my fingers bent/arched.
But perhaps it’s rather the ‘now and then’ & lack of practice than the recommended technique that determines my ‘luck’ here

I just realized today that I use the pipers grip on my high D whistle, as well as on my clarinet which I get in trouble for, but I really don’t need to use it, I have long fingers, I think it somehow became a habbit…not sure which instrument it started on but its going to be tough to stop playing that way
