Like to find Cillian O Briain, need to fix my mouthpiece

I bought O Briain’s improved feadogs a few years ago on shannaquay (God rest it) and now since the shop is closed have no way to get in touch with him. I love the sound of my D but I have a big crack in the mouthpiece which has ruined the sound. Is there anyway I could get it fixed by someone else? Can he be contacted? Any tips would be great. I am no good at fixing things myself, you should see the state of my wooden flute!

Is the crack in the part of the mouthpiece that fits onto the tube? If so, it would be easy to fix with thread and epoxy. If the crack is anywhere else, it would be more difficult.
