M&E repair work needed

There’s something wrong w/my M&E. There’s a very small chip in the plastic in the head joint and maybe a bent part in the lining as well. The net result is a problem filling the thing. Does anyone know about fixing these flutes? Do I need to send it back to Michael or are there others that can repair polymer flutes? Is it worth paying to repair it?

I can still play it in both octaves, but it’s a frustrating enterprise 'cause the darn thing sprung a leak.

Could you post a clip of the chips? That could help.

At least, you could send just the hea joint, which IMO should be easy to repair or replace.
