-from the 3rd auctoin: You are bidding for a HSS spiral flute uilleann pipe chanter reamer used in the manufacture of my concert pitch uilleann pipes. This is in excellent condition and very sharp. It has been heat treated and should not require sharpened in a lifetime. This is being sold as i am moving away from concert pitch to flat work. It is being relisted for sale as the previous “buyer” was a plonker and a time waster. I will be more than happy to give the successful bidder dimensions to build a concert pitch chanter.

Ah, a maker moving south, ie, to flat sets of pipes. :wink:

I think it’s Mr. Preshaw, also. This look’s like a terrific opportunity for anyone wishing to start building pipe’s.
