Looks like his machine only does the outside (convex) profile.
Height adjustment with washers go on the right side where the bearing rolls alongside the metal bar. Wouldn’t this make the right side thicker than the left?
I am not sure but the seller is a mechanic. He probably would work with someone toward an uilleann reed spec. He is a lot less expensive than other machines as his listing mentions.
