kind thoughts and prayers request

I’ll add prayer, to include provision and peace for yourself and Shannon.

James,

I’ll be praying for you and Shannon.

James,

You have my undivided sympathy on this. I went through the same thing last spring, and though I was lucky (had known it was coming, and had started interviewing for new jobs) it wasn’t a pleasant time, and the feeling of relief when I landed another job was immense.

Just don’t beat yourself up over it (all too easy, at times) - it makes a bad time even worse, with no compensating gain that I can see. The best of luck in finding a new, and better, job soon - we’re all pulling for you here.

Dana

Lots of sympathy here, James. I was laid off about 22 months ago, myself. Fortunately, I’m old enough to be somewhat well-prepared, but I would still like to have a real income again, someday.

Best of luck to you.

Wow, James, I am so sorry to hear that!
Count me among the ones who’ve gone thru it, and can sympathize whole-heartedly!

I have no doubt you’ll be happier someday very soon, Remember, your music will make this stress much more bearable!

Mary

James - you, your wife, and your furry crew will be in my thoughts and prayers. While there is no way it feels that way now, it could be a blessing in disguise. Hang in there as best you can, and try to stay as positive as possible.

Eric

James, I am very sorry to hear the news. You and Shannon will be in my thoughts. I don’t want to come off sounding hokey but I’m sure you’ll find work again soon. I am sincere when I say this. You are a very intelligent and interesting person. After her initial reaction, I’m sure that your wife will shore you up with her support as you plow through these waters as well. I feel that when things like this happen it is the ending of one thing so that something new can have the space to begin. Just be sure you’re paying attention so you don’t miss it. I’ll bet you’ll end up better off than you were.

James,

My husband was laid off of work 9 years ago. It was scary, and we had a couple of pretty rough years. But it all worked out for the best, and we’re happy with the results. You both are in my prayers.

Debbie

Hang in there…

You will be added to the prayer role. Hang in there and work everyday to find that new job.

Ron

Best of luck to you. So often, when one door closes, another opens. Hope this works out for the best for you. Paul

Sorry to hear about this, man. I’ve been there too many times myself. Hang in there!

James:

I’m so sorry about your bad news. Even though it does’nt seem like it right now, things have a way of working out. Perhaps you have a higher purpose. Best of luck to you and your family.

James, lots of positive energy is heading out to you and Shannon! The Lady has something wonderful in store for you… trust that it will be shown to you soon. By clearing out the old, room is made for new growth, yes? :slight_smile: Change is not always easy, and can be quite scary, but you are such a strong person with such a good heart… I know you will be fine. {{{*}}}

Blessings upon blessings,

Sending positive energy your way.

All the Best, Tom

I’ll be praying that your needs will be met and that your amazing talents will be use to your own benefit and to the blessing of many.
Mack

Hang in there; it’s part of the journey, but hopefully just a short bump.
God bless, James.

James, I’ll be remembering you and Shannon in prayer, specifically that this situation that seems negative for now will turn out to be a great step forward for both of you.

Dana

I’m sorry to hear about this, James. The next place you work will be lucky to have such a good guy in its employ. I wish you the best!

Cara

Best to you James. Prayers for you and Shannon that it will work out, even better than you can imagine.
