Keyed BC Childress chanter for sale

Hi everybody,

I have a chanter made by Bruce Childress in 2000, I believe. I’m interested in selling it to generate some needed revenue. It has keys for C nat., G #, F nat. It is playing pretty well at present (we’re in some pretty significant seasonal shifts here in Kentucky!). Bruce recently made a new reed for the chanter, and I’ve got a BK reed that works pretty well in it as well. Both will come with the chanter. The mounts are brass and imitation ivory. Bruce, as you all know, has a excellent reputation as a pipe maker.

If anyone is interested, please PM message me and we’ll discuss price. I also have an old set of bellows and could probably put together a practice set with the chanter if someone is in need of that.

What pitch?

Sorry, I forgot to mention the pitch (growing old sucks). It is a concert pitch chanter.
