I have recently taken possession of a long awaited C set, and I am selling my concert pitch Seth Gallagher set. Some of you have heard this set over the years, and it is going very well at present. The chanter has F nat and C keys. The tenor & baritone regs are going very well. The bass reg reed is cracked and will need attention to get it playing. The mounts are brass and imitation ivory. The chanter and drone reeds were made by “Dr.” Koehler. Someone will be acquiring a very fine set of pipes. I have had them since 2002, and I have never been let down. There’s a bit of wear here and there, but nothing significant. I can send pictures and provide more detail to anyone interested.
The C chanter is also brass and imitation ivory. There are two keys..Eb (F nat on concert set) and B (C nat on concert set). This chanter is fantastic. I LOVE it, and I hate to sell it, but I have no need for two C chanters.
