Man that sounds nice, I wish I could go.
Definitively something one should try to attend - we had them in Germany for a four-day tionol last year, and the sessions and tuition and of course the concert were simply awesome!
Kevin !! I wish I was near, living so far away from the flute events, master classes, etc.. is getting me really annoyed.
I highly recommend this if you can make it. Kevin is a fantastic teacher and shares outstanding tunes. Never had the pleasure of a class from Cillian, but I’m sure he’s fantastic as well.
I’d love to go. However, it’s a bit of a commute from San Antonio.

Heading out to the States in the morning and have the workshop/concert on Sunday at the Irish Arts Center, NYC.
Cillian and Myself are mixing our duet CD “On Common Ground” next week In Philly and will release it in March.
We’re pretty happy with how it’s shaping up so hopefully you guys will like it too.
Most of the album is recorded on the ‘C’ flute and pipes which gives it a very distinctive sound which was our intention from the outset.
One or two on the ‘D’ instruments and a couple of duets on the low whistles are in there too just to spice it up !!
Might bump into you when I’m over during the year either with Lunasa or at one of the summer camps I’ll be teaching at such as Swannanoa or Elkins.
The new recording sounds like a cool idea, Kevin! Looking forward to it. Safe travels, happy classes & gigs, and hope to see you this summer!

Sounds like it’ll be an interesting CD. Let me know when it comes out, and I’ll pick one up.
It looks like we’ll probably be going to Elkins again this year. I’d like to go to Swannanoa, but Beth likes to do the crafts stuff, and I can’t tell that they’ve got anything like that during that week. At any rate, it’d be nice to see you again.
