I have a Kerry Pro low D which I like a lot. I’d imagine the F is also very good.
I have both low F and low D Kerry Pros, both of which are the standard by which I judge other low whistles. Their sound has a ‘soul’ to it, which I couldn’t better describe in words - such a beauty and ‘life’ to the tone that has to be experienced in listening to and playing them. If you want to hear them played by the masters, check out the ‘At First Light’ album by Mike McGoldrick and John McSherry, or Mike’s ‘Morning Rory’ album - the very best!
