So, my set is finally in my possession. After delays in manufacturing and sitting at my parent’s house for a while, I have my Daye practice set 
In compensation for the wait, I got a free upgrade to the Delrin chanter and a free extra reed, so I am very happy about the customer service.
So far things are looking difficult. They are a little more awkward to hold than I had anticipated, but then maybe I am doing something wrong. I am seeing a piper soon for help, so I should get all that stuff corrected. I’ll post more once I get the chance to try playing them for more than 20 minutes.
