Has anyone any experience with John Calmont’s uilleann pipes?

I have not had any exposure to his pipes, but I bought a practice set from him a couple of years ago that used a Brian Howard chanter. I assume that the bag and bellows are his design. I’ve sold the chanter, but the rest of the set was kept because it worked, and was airtight. The bellows has a valve design that works for right, or left-handed playing without having to rotate the valve. Gabriel used it at Glands’ mini-tionol last year in Nashville to power a chanter than Benedict had brought down from the frozen North

He’s been discussed on here and commented on the posts himself i believe.
The only thing i remember is he had an avatar with an airplane on it or something and was selling practise sets on ebay with light coloured chanters.
I don’t think everybody was too impressed at that time..
