Ireland Festivals

I have just started to play the tin whistle and heard there were some festivals in Ireland that also ran workshops for beginners to intermediate. Does anyone have any information on these, or can recommend a fesitval where the focus is on the tin whistle (not just fantastic playing tho, that woud be a wee bit disheartening)
