Just an FYI. The Smithsonian is having its annual Heritage/Folk festival on the mall in DC soon. They’re already setting it up. Here’s a link for anyone interested in the Irish portion. There’ll be a lot to see just with this one!

And there will be an “on-going” session right in the center of the whole thing.

of all levels are welcomed to “sit
in,” session leaders maintain proper
etiquette and customs. We are
honored to have several of Northern
Ireland’s most prominent session
musicians lead an on-going session
on the Lough Erne Inn stage.
