I am trying to stay away from sheet music as I have hit a wall with it. I am trying to train my ear to learn tunes. Could anyone help me out with these.

ok and then,
Star Spangled Banner
DbgbDG
This is all on a D Whistle, If anyone can help that would be great. Also I hope I am close since i am really working hard on doing this by ear.
Think of Star Spangled Banner as a bunch of arpeggios. Start on A and do an arpeggio down to D, then back up to middle D. You’ll hear the melody right away. The only part that is hard is there’s a G# (by the dawn’s ear-LY light - the G# is on the “LY”) but it’s not hard to half-hole because you’re not playing fast. In fact, you can substitute an A for the G# there and you’ll hardly notice.
Maybe it would be better to have it just in case. Right now I am stuck and i cannot move forward, but if I had it I could. If you could send it over that would be great.
Doesn’t it go too high if you start that high up? When I start on A I think it goes all the way to the high B, using up pretty much all the notes I know how to make.
I would start lower on Star Spangled Banner

the highest note is “a” but you do need to do the half-holed G sharps.
