Some times its good to be a maker!! I just received a sample of Phil’s Big Whistle Bag.
And this is one great bag.
The first thing you notice is how well its made, with the heavy duty straps and luverly
piping round the edge’s.
It has a nice big pocket with a zip on the out side, and carrying straps shoulder strap
& you can also have it as a back pack.
Open it up and Wow!! enough room to get in my low C, also plenty room for other stuff
in the 3 pockets.
Flip the partition, double Wow, lots more room here too. 5 more low whistle spots
and I can get 8 sopranos with for at lest four alto whistles in the other compartments.
They are all made from this netie sorta stuff which lets you see what’s in side and will let
the air get around the whistles after you have put them away from playing, which will
allow them to dry out fine.
18 compartments should be enough to carry plenty whistles, and in many you can get
more than one whistle.
Looks like I shall be well able to use this beauty as a stock bag not forgetting my hand
Gig bag that I also got from Phil I should be well in for carryin all I need for a show.
Cost? well its no cheap although nor is the Quality, I think Phil said that he was going to retail
them for under £90.00 which when you think of it is about the price of an Alba low D tuneable!!
and less then some other high end whistle’s which putt’s the cost of this great wee bag into
the proper perspective it deserves.

I agree with Cran. I have one of their whistle poches for two highs it is great.
I do a fair bit on ma own board, [whistlenstrings] but I will try to make you happy cran not that I could ever hope to catch to your post count
