Andy’s Front Hall has a bag for sale, specifically designed for whistles, manufactured by Tuffbags. It is marked as a ‘new’ product, but as I have not visited their site for some time, the ‘new’ may not really be so new…The bag has 14 compartments, the largest of which is 24" long. The bag includes a strap, for carrying over one’s shoulder.
Seems like a product I have been looking for…But…As the price is not low at $65, has anyone had experience with this product? Can you supply details on the quality of construction, and anomalies you have discovered, in use?
Any help will be appreciated…
Cheers.

Tuffbags has a link from the main C&F website links page and you can find other Tuffbags also for whistles that might be cheaper. They got some advice on making bags for whistles by some guy name Dale.
I’m proud to say that the TuffBaggs people made their first whistle bag for me as a custom order. Nothing as complex as what they are offering at Andy’s. Needed something for a caseless Copeland, and I had them make a coupla extra slots for other whistles. I’m not sure if they still do custom orders, but they were terrific to work with, and very nice people.
Nancy is a Board member who makes whistle bags. She’s made two to order for me and they’re my favorites and were very reasonable. Nancy if you’re out there could you drop a line; several people have asked me privately about your bags; hope it’s ok to herald them. Philo
I’m working on making a couple of whistle rolls from Nancy’s instructions, which are very, very good! I’ve got them cut out and am looking for a sewing machine to use! I hope Nancy will soon market the pattern, it’s great!
I bought a multi-whistle bag from The Whistle Stop. It holds multiple whistles (maybe 15 or so), and was originally designed as a bag for carrying drumsticks. It’s a nice bag and considerably cheaper ($15) than the bag you mentioned. It is very solidly made. Here’s a link:
TK, I’m not sure as I haven’t seen the bag first hand. I think the accessory compartments refer to the mesh ones on the outside. There should be some dividers inside to keep the folding music stand (for which it was designed) from clanging around when carried.
There are 2 Sam Ash stores within 30 miles of me. I’ll try to stop in next week and take a look at one.
