I have a batch of whistles bored and ready to be worked into finished whistles. This batch includes:
Olivewood
Tulipwood (maybe)
Purpleheart
Bocote (two pieces)
Mopane (a mismatched head and body, but should still look and play fine)
Blackwood
Pau Rosa
Cocobolo
Ziracote
Yellowheart
Rosewood
I also have a C and an Eb in Birdseye Maple in this batch. Any of the above can be made into either a D or Eb whistle.
I’ve also obtained some Cocobolo long enough for C whistles.
Finally, if you have anyone you REALLY like and would like to give a wooden whistle to, I can send a gift certificate for them, and they can work with me to create the whistle of their choice.
