I bought this 1/4 set last December. Urethane resin chanter, brass top just like the one here http://www.uilleannpipeworks.com/starterset.html. No keys.
I opted for the MacHarg leather bag which plays very well and is quite comfy.
My friend George Gerules heard this chanter a few months ago and was impressed. I am even more impressed with the ease at which the reed hits the second octave and stays there.
