The Harpers are Overton-style whistles; I find them a little easier than Overtons to play, but that’s just me. They have a nice combination of growl with a touch of sweetness
I’ve had a lot to say about the TW flute on this board. Basically, I find it difficult to play, but when I’m in sync with it, the sound is incredible. It’s versatile, from growly to very sweet. It’s drop-dead gorgeous, although it’s darkened in the 4 years of its life. It’s (very) loosely based on a Rudall design. No C foot, large tone holes. I’m getting a little arthritic in the hands, so it’s getting hard to handle.
