I don’t play anymore, so I’ve decided to sell off my collection of whistles. I am the original owner of all these instruments, and all were played very little or not at all.
Currently available:
1 Susato Low D Tunable ABS Whistle (tone sounds close to a wooden flute) - $55
1 Susato Alto G Tunable ABS Whistle (tone sounds close to a wooden flute) - $45
2 unplayed Feadog High D Brass Whistles (slight tarnishing). - $4 each
2 Dixon High D ABS ‘SV’ Quiet Whistles (Specially made by Dixon to play quieter than their regular high D whistles. Great for practicing when trying to not disturb others). $10 each
1 Dixon Alto A ABS Flute (plastic end cap missing but still plays fine). - $18
1 Mountain Ocarina Polycarbonate, Key of G. (practically indestructible, and LOUD!) - $15
I will not sell single whistles separately. Minimum 3 whistles per sale due to international shipping costs, as I’m not located in the North America or Europe. Minimum $20 shipping and handling with insurance per shipment to North America and Australia. Other countries slightly more.
I’ll give a special price for the whole lot (all 12): $170 including shipping and handling with insurance to North America or Australia. Other locations slightly more.
What kind of flute are you getting? I’m thinking of taking that plunge myself at a future date. I’ve been considering a Dixon, since I could get one with use either a flute head or a whistle head on it.
I’m glad there wasn’t a story that would make me cry. Lots of people play all kind of instruments. You’ll want some of those for your car, backpack, the swimming pool in the summertime, camping trips. There are some places a good flute shouldn’t go.
