FS:Ney, Kaval, Daegeum, and various NAF

I’ve been in a bit of a financial bind and have a bunch of flutes I need to sell. For started I have a nice set of Egyptian ney, 7 to be exact, all of them have been tweaked by me for optimum sound. They are a little on the wider bore side, which I prefer, has a really good sound. I’m asking $100 for the complete set, don’t really want to split it up. Also in the endblown category is a really nice kaval by Hector Bezanis. It’s in D, and is mountain mahogany with cowhorn for the mounts, for the low low price of $500.
Another interesting gem I have is a sinawi daegeum from master maker Kim Yong Nam. Sinawi daegeum is a half step higher than sanjo daegeum, and is used primarily for folk music. I paid $2,500 in May, I would like to get 2k, you will not find a better instrument. Last but not least I have a flock of really fancy NAF made by yours truly, they very from plain flutes to elks, loons, ducks, etc… go to my myspace for pictures, in fact there should be pics of my kaval, and daegeum there too…

Any pictures? Of the Ney in particular?

I assume Hector’s kaval is a Bulgarian one. Hector is a really good guy and a fabulous craftsman. He is also an extremely fine Gaida (Bulgarian bagpipe) player as well as a kaval player. He can also do a heck of a frula imitation on an Irish whistle.

Yeah, Hector’s stuff is the best. Things are a bit better financially and I’m hanging on to the kaval, it’s too good to let go.
