I am offering for sale my half set of Neil O’Grady Uilleann pipes in D.
The set is a year and eight months old. The chanter and drones are made of cocobolo, and the mainstock is of maple. The chanter has a Cnat key, and the bellows has been fitted with a brass hinge made by CJ Dixon. It comes with three chanter reeds, two sets of drone reeds, and a padded saxophone gig bag. I’m selling these because I’ve upgraded to a Gallagher set. The price is $1300 plus shipping and insurance from southeastern Pennsylvania. Please PM or email with inquiries.
…whew!!… for a moment there Mark, I thought you were tossing in the towel. ![]()
Nah, I’m more stubborn than that!
The O’Grady’s got me started, first in piping and then in reedmaking (thanks Gary!). I expect that the Gallagher’s will take me as far as I’m going.
I wish I could talk you into a trade for my Northumbrian Smallpipes!
If I had the $ I would have already sent you a check for your 1/2 set! Good luck with the sale!
Peace,
Reepicheep
They wouldn’t happen to be a D set of NSPs, would they?
Concert F, actually… I opted for that instead of the standard F# set.
Reep..
who made your NSP’s?
