I have a half set of O’Grady Pipes for sale, which I’ll post on ebay sometime in the next couple of weeks if noone here is interested. They are seven months old, includes three chanter reeds (two by O’Grady and a much better reed that I purchased from another maker), set of drone reeds (metal body and plastic tongue). The outside of the chanter has been modified slightly–I removed the thumb rest making it more comfortable to play. You can see details of where it used to be at the photo links. The bag had small leak, which is patched inside and out and is air tight. I made a pad for the inside flapper of the bellows out of leather, which is attached with velcro. The pipes play very well, a rather sweet sound to them, and have been well taken care of. I would prefer not to ship overseas. I’d like 1250 for the set, which is about 400 less than I paid.
