Rare Mack Hoover High D Narrow Bore Brass tunable whistle, February 2012. Signed, dated & numbered #1263. Mack no longer sells the Narrow Bore, only the Traditional Bore.
Made of polished brass, with a fipple plug made of moisture-resistant Corian. These whistles are very quiet and require little air (and good breath control), and have a soft, sweet tone. The bore is approx. 7/16". This whistle has some mild scuffing/scratches.
