Sometimes a cercle celtique de votre coin recherche des musiciens (attention, ils jouent de reel/jig sous les autres noms comme cercle cercassian to danse etc) so you may try. Anyway, nice to meet you!
LOL! I went to college in a small city in the Northeastern US that was about half French Canadian. This post reminds me of many conversations I heard there; seldom would there be a complete sentence in either English or French.

hahaha, that is normal; my French is not good enough to express all what I want to say. In addition, since English is much nearer by linguistic sort of thing, I mix French and English. (my mother tongue is japanese)

je suis a la recherche des luthiers près de concarneau, quimper, lorient … j’aimerais essayer de nouvelles flutes en compagnie du luthier qui les as faites, donc si vous connaissez des adresses …
bon, je ne suis pas française mais francophone et francophile. est-ce que ça compte? 
par ailleurs je vais parfois jouer des sessions à Metz.
