alright i’m just starting to learn this whistling thing. I cant say i particulalry like the songs in the book i’m learning from (they’re mostly american tunes) and i’m really poor and dont have money for another book. So i thought perphaps i could find something a bit more to my liking on the internet. Well, so far i havent been able to. Anyone have suggestions? Also, is there sheet music for another instrument that works well for whistle too? If anyone can help, i’d REALLY love to play something other than kids tunes and american early folk music.

after a while you could try to play by ear, by clicking on solo track off.
Some of my favorites are The Session and Sessioneer. Those two should give you plenty of free (and fun!) tunes to keep you going for quite a while. And they both add more faster than you’ll be able to learn them, so you won’t ever run out. Enjoy!
