FOR SALE: Arie de Keyser keyless rosewood

Hello,

I’m selling a keyless rosewood flute, made by Arie de Keyser. I purchased the flute in 1997. The flute is 3 pieces (foot, body, lined head with tuning slide). It comes with a solid wood, felt lined box.

There is a crack in the body of the flute, on the front (outward facing) side, from even with L2 (second hole) up to the tenon. The crack does not affect the finger holes and is cosmetically invisible. I got a repair estimate of not more than €100. This would mostly be for the smoothing of the bore after the repair.

The cost of the flute new was €350. I’d like to sell it for €225 + shipping costs from Germany.

Nice flute! I think I saw the same flute when I was in Ireland three years ago.

By the way Elisabeth, what is the fully keyed flute you just got?
