Don’t you have to be a planet to have moons? Didn’t poor Pluto get demoted?
People’s eyes start glazing over when you use words like natural satellite and their primary.
If it was the moon of a moon, would that make it a moomin?

Demoted yes, but still technically a “dwarf planet” now. Poor Pluto indeed. 
Even asteroids have moons.
