It’s a bunch of the shows Warner Bros. produced and has decided to show the reruns via the Internet. I think it only works in newer versions of Windows and not on Apple computers, and pretty much requires broadband.

They can be watched online, or downloaded in a higher quality format. It’s free but the downloads have expiration dates. Also it mostly has the same commercials over and over.

Here are the shows they have. I, of course, am too sophisticated and junk to admit to watching it, y’know:

Chico and the Man
Dark Justice
Eight Is Enough
F Troop
Falcon Crest
Freakazoid
Freddy’s Nightmares
Growing Pains
Hanging With Mr. Cooper
Head of the Class
Histeria
Kung Fu
La Femme Nikita
Lois and Clark
Maverick
New Adventures of Batman
Perfect Strangers
Pinky and the Brain
Scarecrow & Mrs. King
Sisters
Spenser for Hire
The F.B.I.
The Fugitive

Can these be editted to remove the commercials and burned to DVD?

Probably… but they have done their best to put them in unmanageable formats and junk.

I would love to get Babylon5 on DVD, but to buy the commercial pressings is just too expensive for me.

I rarely rarely watch tv (I watch it when other people are), so I haven’t seen the AOL television, sorry…

My Grandfather was a pastor. He didn’t believe in having a television. He scheduled his pastoral visits for nights he knew folks would be watching the shows he liked.
