HULU, Internet TV-videos

just came across this site, free TV-videos, I like it, you don’t have to download a program, just sign up and click on what you wish to watch. It and JOOST are the two I’ve found to have the best choices.

Mr Izz was one of the Beta testers for this (or something…), and he really liked it too.

where I am there is nothing but wifi so any comunicado I do has to be through the wireless PC, it has taken a while but I finally have the 4 modern basics, phone(skype), tv-videos(joost, hulu), Internet, music(radio streams, youtube,etc.}
I thank Mr Izz :slight_smile:

Wait, didn’t I tell you about it 2 months ago?

I have been using it over wifi for awhile now, and it sometimes gets a little
bogged down, and sometimes that causes it to revert to a lower quality
video stream, but most of the time it seems like standard-def TV. Lots of
older shows, too, like News Radio, The A-Team, The Addams Family.

I haven’t gotten around to trying Joost, yet. What’s your take on that?

so you did Fear, how did I miss it, I got the Joost first and never went any further, sorry and thanks for your help. I must have been having a Guinness moment :astonished:
they both do the job well, next bit of change I get I am going to buy the wifi antenna , but it works well enough even though I only read 2 out of 5 on the reception meter of this PC.
Cheers

Oh, that’s all right, I just thought it was funny. So Joost must be
relatively nice to hook you for awhile. I’ll get around to trying it soon.

I like hulu when I can get it to work, but it (and other web sites) doesn’t seem to have a mechanism for coping well with internet connections with slow bandwidths.
