I was listening to his album, Handed On, and got to wondering what pipes he played. I assume he inherited his father’s set. Is his set the one that got disinterred after being buried with their former owner??
Yes, I think so. It’s a Taylor set, but I think he usually plays a Froment chanter with it. His tracks on “The Piper’s Rock” feature the original Taylor chanter.
The D set is the old Taylor set, but with a Froment chanter, and the two flat sets on the album were made by A. Froment as well.
Is it possible to get the whole story of the set, perhaps by Rorrybellows?
If you feel you really need to know this, you might inquire via the Cork](http://www.corkpipersclub.com/%22%3ECork) Pipers Club, with which Eoin was associated.

And be sure to ask about Eoin’s “Jeep Tested Tough” pipes case!
