Has anyone ever tried these whistles?

The photos are so unclear its a little hard to know what I would be throwing 80$ + shipping at.Copper?no thanks,I’d much prefer brass or PVC.Looks like a backyard operation and I dont think Michael Burke has anything to worry about…the accordian player sure is pretty though! peace,mike
