THanks BD but actually I cheated as they were not listed as Uilleann and only found them after searching for ‘Irish Bagpipes’ - whoops have given away my search secret :astonished:

Richmond, Yorkshire so would this be a certain pipemaker who is also ex Army so the ‘SturmJager9’ would fit in nicely with this. hmmmm… :boggle:

well i did`nt exaxtly sell mine,…my mother bought them wink wink. I wanted at least £3300 so i asked the auld girl to bid them up a bit, save paying the excessive reserve fees ebay charge.

Now…ive always fancied an omealy set

That O’Mealy set was on ebay (by the same seller) about 8 months ago. I had some e-mail corresponence with him, but he would never answer my questions about where the maker’s stamps were, and ignored my requests for better photos. I guess he didn’t think I was serious about buying them.

Hi Jeff the set is currently sitting at £2700 (already more than I have or would pay for a full set).

You could partner this chanter with the Sloan drones on ebay to make up a half set, but the price looks a bit steep given what keyed chanters have been selling for recently.
