Hello everyone,

Skip Healy’s riddle contest went over so well that we decided to have another Swag Gag Giveaway – this time to celebrate the launch of Wind On the Bay East Coast Flute Symposium on Oct. 4-6, 2002 in East Greenwich, Rhode Island. We’re doing a word jumble this time around. The contest will officially launch on August 1, 2002.

Prizes include:

  • 1st Prize
    Free tuition to Wind On The Bay or $250 credit.

  • 2nd prize
    Six-hole blackwood fife (special model with cutaway) or $200 credit.

  • 3rd Prize
    1/2 off tuition to Wind On The Bay or $125 credit.

Here’s how it works.

  1. Purchase the August issue of Irish Music Magazine (Wind On The Bay’s Associate Sponsor).

  2. Flip through the pages until you find Wind On The Bay’s half page ad.

  3. In the lower right hand corner of the ad, you’ll see a series of letters in a box. That’s the word jumble.

  4. Rearrange that jumble of letters until you uncover [hint>>>] a common, three-word phrase found all over the Skiphealy.com Web site.

  5. In the lower left hand corner of the ad, you’ll see a short ID code in a box. Write down the code and save it.

Once you have your answer, send it to skip@skiphealy.com with “IMM Word Jumble Answer” in the subject line. IMPORTANT: You must also include the ad’s ID code with your submission. Your entry will not be valid without this ID code.

Contest Deadline:
All answers must be received no later than midnight on September 5, 2002.

Announcement of Winners:
All correct answers will be placed in a random drawing. Winners will be announced by September 10.
