e-mails from NPU bouncing back

I sent two e-mails to NPU last week. Both bounced back. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Don’t use membership@pipers.ie as I got an email that bounced back to from postmaster@pipers.ie Subject: Delivery Status Notification (Failure)

I then used the one on the NPU website contact page info@pipers.ie and got reply from “Nicola Spain” <Nicola@pipers.ie>
