I bought a couple of items from the NPU on-line store http://www.pipers.ie in the past. However, I placed an order a month ago and they have not responded to any of my emails.
Are they in business?
Thanks, Miklos

Yeah, they’re in business. Direct e-mails to nicola@pipers.ie
The stuff takes a while to arrive, but it does (at least to Canada).
I’ve had an order disappear via the web site, also some of the e-mails they list don’t work. Contact Nicola Spain Nicola@pipers.ie She’s very responsive.
I have always followed up my orders to them with an email to make sure they post via Swift Post (the Irish version of Global Priority). If you don’t specify, they will ship via surface mail, which literally takes months to get across the Atlantic.
I find I am now more likely to order from Ossian USA, than diddle around with NPU. The folks at NPU are well-meaning volunteers, mostly, and not professionals at running a business in a business-like way.

There’s work being done on the building in Henrietta st. which may hamper operations (Mary told me last month people were only allowed enter the building wearing hard hats). They buy CDs so we’ll assume they are also selling ![]()
Were they working on the pipes?
Ossian USA is closed until March 17.
