Sorry Joseph, its already in the mail on its way to the new owner! I believe the extra reeds you made for it were a selling point, so thank you again!

Hoping the drones go that fast, but I realize its a sizable investment for anyone.

I clicked on the link and for a moment thought you were selling a set of Williams drones …

Cool! I hope the happy new owner has as much fun with it as I did.

Joseph, All the names involved with this chanter made it attractive to me, Boisvert, Britton and your own. I checked into it as soon as Jim put out his feeler post and knew right away it was time for me to go “flat”. I originally wanted to go C# but I play in a band and thought that C would be a better fit. Although, it will be some time before the pipes, or rather the piper will be ready for the stage. We are a mostly vocal/psuedo Celtic band but we are trying to add a more Trad flavor when we can.
Can’t wait to get the chanter, will keep you posted. -Leo

P.S. Not a lot of instruction in the Dayton area but we are trying.

You’re gonna love that stick Leo! Have fun.

Hey Jim! Be careful who you sell those drones to…!! heh..

Those were indeed from my very first set of pipes from Tim. Fun history behind them, lots of memories. I can personally vouch for them being quite the fine set. The C chanters a real hooter and suits someone who really “knows how to play” and get the most out of that hard C.

Best Of luck Jim!
God Bless,
David

So now this set of drones has testimonials from everyone who has ever owned them (Dave and me). Still available, remember price is negotiable! I suspect I am competing with a whole bunch of 1/2 sets that came up for sale last week . . .

It was pointed out to me that these drones will fit any set of pipes . . . if I include the stock cup with them! So, here’s a bump of my listing, with the addition of the stock cup which can be tied in to any pipes bag, and a new price (read on):
