Does anyone have contact info re: David Obrien. I tried the email on the whistle web site (Obrien Whistles) and it bounced.
Also, is he still making the Whisolo head?

Those heads may be one-offs and might have to be fitted to each body. I do not see it offered on his site at present. David is the man to ask.
You could try to PM him through his ID here. His last post was earlier in the month.
Of course it is that time of year and he may be busy.

I’m still around. I checked my email address, and it worked, so I’m not sure what’s going on with that.
I can fit whistle heads to piccolos if they are sent, or I can supply the piccolo with its original head and a whistle head.
