I have a chanter by Dave Williams that was made about 1990. It is made with African blackwood and imitation ivory. The chanter has a brass top and one brass Cnat key. There is a reed that is on the hard side to blow but you can soften up a reed to play through sanding, etc. Condition is excellent. The chanter is marked WILLIAMS above the B hole.

I’m with the good Dr. How does this really cool stuff keep falling into your hands…not that there’s anything wrong with that. 
I bought it, directly from Dave, through a friend who knew Dave well and plays a full set by Dave (I never did meet or speak with Dave over all the years). I had planned on putting it up for sale before we all heard the terrible news about Dave.
By the way, these things definitely do not ‘just fall into my hands’.
