I’ve got notation for “Eleanor Plunkett”, but the book I have it in, Ireland’s Best Slow Airs, doesn’t have cords for it (a drawback for what is otherwise a fine collection). So does anyone have the cords for this or know where I can find them? Mahalo.
which note do you start with? the one I always play in my head starts with G; then the chords could be
(after the intro melody GA)
G | G/B | C | Em | Am7 | D
(after the melody GA)
Em | C | G | D | Em | G | C | G | Am7 | D
I’ve heard an accompanied version somewhere before so I’m sure someone’s got far better chords than my lame one! ![]()
www.cpmusic.com has it with chords in the key of D.
Thanks to Tak and Whitmores. This is just what I needed.
If someone finds other places where this is available, please advise.
Keith,
Come to the session Saturday early evening at O’Toole’s and we’ll play it chords and all!
