I have one of the earlier models of the Copeland flute for sale (I believe it’s about 10 years old). It is a Pratten-style design, keyless, blackwood, and has a tuning slide. It is in excellent condition, with no cracks or other obvious signs of wear. The cork on the large tenon has been recently replaced. The flute has some nice touches, such as silver bands on the tenons and a comfortable flattening/beveling around the finger holes.
I am asking $600 for the flute, which includes U.S. shipping and insurance. As usual, please email me off the board if interested.
For anyone not familiar with Terry B. : I have purchased from him many times and have always found him to be accurate with his descriptions and timely with regards to shipping. He also takes extremely good care of his instruments - a highly recommended seller.
Hi Terry, I can’t e mail you cause I can’t get your address.
What I wondered is–how does the flute sound?
Will you tell us? Or e mail me at jstone@uno.edu Thanks, Jim
Thanks for the plug. I’ve been a bit out of touch with the board for a while and only recently learned about your westward trek. Let me know when and how we can communicate so that we can catch up.
