Hi all-- I will be starting a new batch in the next couple of days, so if you’ve been sitting on the fence waiting to order one of my whistles, now would be a good time.
With any luck, whistles started now will be ready for Christmas (Channukah is too early this year, even the eighth day…), so if you’re considering a gift whistle I should be able to have it ready for you in time.
The news part is that I am now taking orders for whistles in C and Eb !
After some final tweaks, I have both of these playing beautifully. The few people I’ve showed them to have really loved the sound and playability of these newest members of the Busman family.
I can make Eb whistles in any of the woods shown on my website. For the moment, I have a limited number of woods large enough for C whistles. These include Birdseye Maple, Cooktown Ironwood, Bloodwood, Purpleheart, and (not wood) Delrin.
Before you ask, I will not be offering sets of one head and multiple bodies for a number of reasons.
The C sounds great…I would love one that’s not too loud. Although the Eb sounds really great too. Which one to choose??? 
(I asked Dale if it was OK to amend my commercial posting rather than waiting another month and he said to go ahead. Bumping it up, otherwise nobody would ever see it three pages back
