Cleaning House - Whistles, Etc. for sale

Hey all,

Like I said, I’m doing some musical house cleaning and looking to dispense with some instruments I don’t like and/or just don’t play. Here’s the list, prices, etc.:

Glenn Schultz High D (w/case): Three years old, excellent condition, rarely played. Wood unknown, and I just never cared much for it’s sound - wood whistles are not what mows my lawn. ($190)

Burke Low F AlPro: Two years old, good condition. Very nice whistle, sweet tone, trading it in for a different model. ($100)

Chieftain Low D (tuneable): Four years old, good condition with some signs of use. Pretty nice tone, good starter low whistle. ($100)

R. Sweet “Colonial” Fife (Bb): Had a brush with fifer-dom about two years ago, but it didn’t take. I’ve played this thing all of twice since. Excellent condition. ($50)

Anyway, if any of this piques your curiosity or you want to know more, drop me an email or a private message. As always, I’m open to any deals I just can’t refuse - cash, bullion, Swiss bonds, little baggies of plutonium, kinky intrigues (sale contigent on furnishing or satisfactory photo). I’m a student, so I’m pretty pliant in these matters.

Regards,
Jamey Hamilton

The Burke Low F AlPro is spoken for.

Rats. Bloody jet-lag. :frowning:

Is the Chieftain Low D still open?

How’s the stretch and finger holes size?

Hey folks,

The Schultz whistle is out the door!

Regards,
Jamey.

Er, what’s a colonial fife ?

Considering C.G. doesn’t make flutes as of yet, that he’s a bit far from Cologne, and wouldn’t sign R. Sweet, woody ?
I similarly eliminated translations like the Creole flag-O’Lay, the Planter’s Pipe, the Cajun recorder, the Peek O’Low Whistle and the Colon with a lisp.

So please don’ t tease, I just do not know. What is it ?

Jamey.

(Sorry about the French, everyone else - a guy like me wouldn’t want to offend anybody, woody?)

Oh yeah (en anglais)…

All of those instruments except the fife have been spoken for.

Thanks much, all!
Jamey.
