You have to read some of the threads on their forum, just amazing!! Some of these folks are evil inventive geniuses that torture the scammers beyond belief.
You could spend a lot of time on that site. Here’s one I liked:
This killed me because he’s writing in a code I told him he needed to write messages in if he was going to use an “unsecure” free web service (i.e., yahoo.com).
So.. let this be a lesson to you, Cran, dear… don’t go running red lights and spinnin’ old ladies cars about in the street and then coming up threatening to them… they may not be as helpless as you’d want to think.
Of course, I think we can assume you wouldn’t do that… bet that idiot wishes he hadn’t… but he probably just wishes they hadn’t hit him…
I know they can, but it seems that big, rude guys think that they (the big rude guys, not the little old ladies) should be allowed to, somehow. It’s good to see … er… hear… one get his come-up-ance.
Actually C & F is the funniest website. Nothing mentioned here is half as funny as the mashed potato, baptism, running it by the Jesuits controversy in our very own pub. I was literally in tears!
Cranberry, I think it was just funny to someone like me who had not been participating in the discussion. I wouldn’t want anyone to think I was making fun of him/her in my previous comment. There were just some phrases in a number of responses that struck me as terribly funny, but my laughter was not of the unkind sort at all. I figured people were serious but were also seeing some humour in how the argument was being expressed. I apologize if my above remark hurt anyone’s feelings, I certainly did not intend to.
It’s too bad they don’t have an emoticon for taking your foot out of your mouth!
