This weekend is the Cleveland Irish Fest. CTL is there, and has two more shows Sunday if you’re within driving distance.
I enjoyed them very much today.
I caught CTL at the Cleveland festival on Sunday. They are a very tight band and Joanie Madden is quite a character. One major development was that they have a non-lady button box player travelling with them. Unfortunately I can’t remember his name but I do remember that he is from county Clare. Joannie said that he is filling in for another box player who is in Ireland waiting for her visa to be granted. They are already booked for next year’s festival.
