Yep, test tube racks come in a variety of shapes, designs and sizes to fit most types of whistle.
Whistle stands are everywhere. You just have to have some imagination to discover them. 
I bought this cheap plate rack for £3 in Dunelm, but they are also available for a few quid extra on Amazon.

Yep, another good one. Dish racks work too. Here are a couple of the ones I use. Both were found at IKEA.
I tell ya, whistle stands and storage gizmos are all around us. You just have to have an eye for finding them.
