I heard it on my satellite. I wrote down the name, but don’t know who the artist was.
I tried translating the title using some internet sites and got something about a girl with pale hair. I couldn’t find a tune by either name, but I do have a songbook of Irish airs which has a tune called “Cailin na Gruaige Doinne” - The Girl of the Brown Hair. The first few notes are 16th notes d, d, e, f, g, dotted quarter note a, 16th f, quarter high e… if you can use that to tell if it’s the same tune. The book is “Ireland’s Best Slow Airs” by MelBay, bought from the Whistle Shop. Goodness knows how many Irish songs there are about girls with different hair colors, but I thought it was worth a try. 
Could it be “Cailin Na Gruaige Baine”?
I’m sitting in a hotel room with nothing better to do than sift and sort through pages of google output, and in addition to several pages of CD hits and a couple of message board posts also asking for either the lyrics or the music, I found this on page 5:

It’s recorded by Solas on the album “the hour before dawn”.
I think the inner sleeve has english translations (but they are not entirely rewritten lyrically). I could post this to the list if you want…
